Appointment Policies

Deposits

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are applied toward your final service total.

Late Policy:

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be charged a late fee or asked to reschedule.

No-Call/No-Show Policy

If you no-show your appointment, 100% of the services missed will be owed. 50% will be automatically charged to the card on file and the remaining 50% will need to be paid before scheduling a new appointment. After 3 no-shows, you will be unable to receive any future services from Twisted & Faded Studio.

(Cards on file that are declined, un-linked, or expired, will receive an invoice via email of the no-show fees that must be paid within 3 days. Failure to pay the no-show fees will also result in a permanent ban.)

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

You can change your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Any cancellations or rescheduling made after the 24 hour policy will be charged 50% of the services booked. You are able to reschedule to another time on the same day without a fee.

It goes without saying, but I understand that sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control. I just ask that you keep open lines of communication with me so I can do my best to accommodate the both of us.

Same-Day Appointments

Same-day appointments may be available based on scheduling and may include an additional convenience fee.

Children Policy

Children must be supervised at all times during appointments. Excessive disruptions may require rescheduling.
